Archives and book collections of the Local Health Trusts

Since 2007 The Centre of Documentation has become an organ of consultation and coordination of the Region of Toscany for the protection and promotion of the historic assets of the regional health institutions.
For this reason it has promoted the work of cataloguing the book collections and archives – for the moment only from some hospitals – as it plans to enlarge this activity – in harmony with the directions from the Region of Tuscany – so as to become a regional portal for study and information in this field.
